🔹 What do I receive with my purchase?
Depending on your order, you’ll receive a standard or high-resolution digital file (PDF) delivered through a secure Google Drive link. You can instantly download and access your guide from any device. No physical product will be shipped.

🔹 How fast will I get my download?
Immediately. As soon as your payment is confirmed, you’ll get a direct download link on the confirmation page and via email.

🔹 What format are the guides?
All guides are delivered in PDF format for maximum compatibility. You can easily read them on your phone, tablet, or computer, or print them out if you prefer.

🔹 Can I print it at home or elsewhere?
Absolutely. You can print our guides at home, at a local print shop, or upload them to an online service.

🔹 Can I get a refund?
Due to the nature of digital files, all sales are final. But if something went wrong or you didn’t receive your download, contact us and we’ll make it right.

🔹 Where is my order? I haven’t received anything.
All products are digital and sent directly to your email within minutes of purchase.
If you don’t see it, check your Spam, Promotions, or Updates folders.
Still nothing? Message us at info.caninecampus@gmail.com and we’ll send you your files manually.

🔹 I entered the wrong email. Can I update it?
Yes. Just send us your correct email address along with your order details. We’ll make sure you get your download even if we have to send it manually.

🔹 How long does it take to receive my files?
Usually instantly via email. If there’s a delay (rare), it may be due to a technical glitch or wrong email address. Contact us and we’ll fix it right away.

🔹 I thought this was free. Why did I pay?
Many of our products (like the starter guide bundles) are listed as free, but as stated in our ads and before checkout, there’s a small processing fee to cover hosting and delivery costs.

🔹 I can’t download the file, it says the file is too large. What can I do?
Some guides are high-resolution and may exceed the automatic download limits of certain devices, browsers, or email clients.
Try these quick fixes:

  • Use a desktop/laptop with a stable Wi-Fi connection.

  • Try a different browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox).

  • Contact us directly at info.caninecampus@gmail.com and we’ll send you a direct download link via Google Drive or Dropbox.
